This one's for those fans who like to obsess over detail and argue about canon. Yes, it's filler. It's also content. 😋

I've "gently" colorized this diagram as an additional visual aid: Chloe's room is yellow, and Zia's is green. (And, of course, the Third Roommate's linen closet should be obvious.)

950 square feet (88 m²) isn't big, but I've lived in smaller 🙂

The apartments in Brantley Gardens range from one-bedroom, one-bath to three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath. The building is roughly L-shaped, with an identical L-shaped building, Christy Terrace, opposite it. The two buildings together form a squarish shape with a small plaza in the middle. Odd-numbered apartments face the street; even-numbered apartments face the plaza. There are stairwells at each end of the building's wings, and a small elevator in the corner.

Apartment 23 is on what some might consider the third floor: The ground floor, which is level with the outdoors, has apartments #1 through #8; the next floor has apartments #11 through #18; and the next has #21 through #28, and so on, up through #51 through #58.
